I don't have much time to run the forums on my own, so i need to recruit moderators.

The duties of the moderators will include the following:

1) try and actively get more members. What method you use is your own choice.
2) control spam/useless posts, and deal with them appropriately.
3) make regular threads and posts
4) manage all activity
5) as a moderator you will have control of the forums, and changes you want to make to the forum for the better will be put into motion.

At the moment the forum isn't that active for 2 reasons:
1) it's relatively new
2) I haven't been promoting it enough

I Hope by recruiting dedicated moderators this forum will become more active and useful for anyone interested in properties.

This is a non-paid position at the moment, so I'm assuming it will only appeal to anyone passionate about property and/or power over a community
So if anyone "sensible" wants to take me up on this offer, please let me know.
