I've always been aware of Robbie Fowlers interest. People always say that he owns half of Merseyside.

Yes Mr Owen has also invested some of his hard earned cash into property.  To be honest i expect most footballers where told over the years to invest in property for a good return.

there was that time quite a few years ago that Fowler bought a big chunk of run down properties, I think in Blackburn, the next time the 2 teams met the crowd were singing to the tune of yellow submarine

ALOT of celebrities have quite afew buy to let properties, or so Ive heard.. like Harry Potter person and Kanye West.
But he just flips properties because they make money because of who he is !

You know you should start doing interviews with celebrity people !! That would be really good .
What do you think ?

I think sports people etc because they have GOOD advisers! Long term its a winner, despite what the daily Mail says

I was watching Katie & Peter - The Next Chaper last night and Pete was looking to invest in a few properties. The recording was back in Feb so maybe you can get in there and interview them? Afterall they love being on telly and you've definitely got the charm... *cough*
