Hi all,

New to this website and also to the buy to let investment.

I left UK a few years back and i have rented my house out. Now that i have a few more cash i was looking in getting a property in uk for buy to let and also capital appreciation as i'm planning to keep it for the next 10+ years

apart from the normal rightmove, findaproperty etc websites i came across websites like propertyinvestment.co.uk and similar ones that the deals i can see there sometimes are too good to be true.

Any experience with those websites?

This may or may not be a little too late but I just wanted to send you a little bit of info about companies like propertyinvestment.co.uk

I myself have been working for "buyers/investor agencies" for the past 5 years and truly believe that what we do does make a huge difference to so many lives (depending what companies for both the best and the worse)
