I personally think the treashold should increase. Most properties are beyond 125k now; soon the 125k benchmark will be redudant...

Current rates:
Up to £125,000 - You don't have to pay any stamp duty
£125,001 to £250,000 - 1%
£250,001 to £500,000 - 3%
More than £500,000 - 4%

we get fucked here we get fucked there. to be honest we get fucked everywhere.  As i have always said he gets it off us some how.  The thing that gets me at the mo is the slow allmost unseeable raise in the cost of living, the odd 5p on bread that noone sees, the odd 5p on milk , the list goes on, then this forces the mortgage rate up, my god we are all mugs i tell ye, I think it maybe a good idea for everyone to become VAT registered lol

The cost of living is killing me.
