What is the general view on them? Obviously we have to pay to use them but is it worth it?

Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with them - if so scribble here!  ;)

Never been on an auction website. You could probably get a good deal, but you're also open to getting stung quite easily, I imagine.

To be honest, I don't even know much about auction websites. Do you just bid on properties online without viewing them? The collapse rate must be pretty high, no?

I have no idea PF.

If it was a matter of 'bidding online' I definitely wouldn't do it. My thought was they advertise the properties online and you bid at an auction house?

Yep your right mOO .

You basically pay for a list of all the auction venues and then you click on which is near to you and you get a list of all the properties for auction .
Sometimes the information of that property in on the site or sometimes you have to phone up and enquire about it , and if you want to bid you have to get a legal pack post to you for about £10 - £20 .

Thats all I know really.
