Has anyone used a letting agent before? What was your exprience with them?

I have been waiting a little over one month just to recieve my contracts!!! It's ridiculous.

I called my letting agent yesterday and he promised me they would get here today! They better arrive or i'm going to go medieval on his ass!

Ok, just needed to vent

my advice (as an estate agent/ letting agent) is to keeep on at them, if they realise your a fussy customer they'll tip toe around you, and not like do anything wrong again, always makin sure they do the right thing etc!

welcome to the forum.

I know what you're saying is right, but frustration gets the better of me some times. Anyways, that problem has been rectified. I'm now having problems with my tenant. URGH! She's nearly 2 weeks late of paying her rent; I keep chasing her, but she says she doesn't have the money..etc Generally keeps making up excuses.

Out of curiousity, are you a UK resident?
