The fact she can do all aspects of refurb and in stile makes her a proper sexy guru thingie that  i look up to.
To be honest, to make money in this game you really do need to know how to manage a team of people who can refurb for you or know how to do it yourself, she has managed to prove this on both levels.

I take your point, but it was a younger person who I first heard love wee from, I know kids of today hear and see I lot more than love wee son.

Example : - you googled Beeny, now Google sex, porn bla bla,
As kids we used a dictionary as a source of information to get our childish kicks from, kids today have visual and literature at there finger tips here on the net.  love wee is very very very tame.

If your BTW was light hearted then I am sorry for this long reply  .  If not then I would like to hear your views on descriptive script !.

I heard Beenys new radio add edit yesterday for property ladder e four +1
Very clever it made my small mind go all over place with fantasy.
She was saying how nice it was to do a renovation on a beach house, a beach house that is situated on a nudist beach.  The guy whos house it was says a couple of things like yes it was a pleasure having you here etc etc.  Then she says mind you it is the first time i have developed in the nude.
