Yes was thinking about my first house last night, a two up two down, but hell that place rocked, i was 18 and it cost me 42k with a mortgage payment of 250 pm.
Actualy this is a lie as i was given a one bed flat when i was 16 but i messed up big time on that one and left with nothing, if only i knew then, and all that

How much did you sell for, if you don't mind me asking?

I financed my first property at 21, but my mum did all the hard work as I wasn't experienced. 2 up, 2 down, £156k.

My first wife took it off my hands for me  including the shirt of my back.  They are selling now for 175k think it was sold by her 10 yrs ago for 100k ish.
The only thing i was gutted about was my leather jacket and kenwood hi fi seporates.
