Heard this am that only 23 thousand homes are due to fall into neg equity, this seems very low dont you think considering all the current nasty talk about how the market is plunging etc etc.
The thing is if you can afford to pay your mortgage every month then you really dont have to worry, but just stay put !.

Neg equity is just a temp situation! That's what people need to realise.
