It's that time of the week, people!

Property 1 - Wanborough
Sisters Helene Simpkins and Paula Harris bought a pair of tiny Victorian cottages in Wanborough, Wiltshire. The houses were knocked together some time ago and the girls separated them again to maximise potential. But Sarah thought they'd be mad to try and squeeze three bedrooms into each house (another set of developors thinking they know better than our Been).

Property 2 - Christchurch
Chris is a carpenter, but this couple had a colossal DIY job in order to develop the two large semis they've bought in Christchurch, Dorset. Should they develop them one at a time, or together? That's the decission they were faced with!

What did you guys think?

Oh, I really enjoyed this episode compared to the last one. It was really interesting, mainly because the Wanborough properties where very similar layout downstairs to the house I have, so it was interesting to see about to open plan/not open plan thing.

The other was really good too, but I havent got time to type! so i'll ramble about it later.

:-*

Oh and how did them two women have 24 buy to lets !!!! Crazy ... they must of being kidding to say they werent rich .

Ok, here we go.

I watched this last night and was eventually drifting in and out of sleep so I didn't catch it all.

The Wanborough properties were ok. They kept banging on about how they were to be family homes yet with tiny bathrooms like that I'd say f*** off. The finish was lovely and the house had light and space which is always a winner. I didn't catch the budget at the end, did they go over by much?

The Christchurch houses were successful with the layout but to look at butt ugly. The facade looks like one big house and the rear looks awful, in my opinion. Also the kitchen was very cheap, nice and big but cheap. Er, whats with the hypnosis? He doesn't like plastering, leave him alone!

::)

Still if they don't make mistakes we'll never learn.
