please can you help ?  the tenant I have has moved in a blow up matress and a chair,but is not at the property she has a 6 month ast is behind with rent,I have phoned and left messages numerous times.without any response
I am now selling the house as its too much of a headache,so can you please tell me what I can and should do, thank you for any help suzy

Go in and check any letters left there,whatever the names on the envelopes. If there is no mail at all contact the local sorting office to see if the mail is being transferred.They won't tell you where it is going to without police intervention.I won't bore you with the détails,but two previous criminal tenants of mine began this way.One was what I call my "Al Quada",the other a lady from west Africa using the place for her boyfriend based in London to run a fake car accident/insurance scam. There is probably a much more depressingly  familiar flaky person in your case,but a word to the wise.

Thank you for your help I will do that is it possible  to get a s21shes only been in 6 weeks but the property is now cold and I dont want pipes to bust shes also late with the rent  I thought there was a clause that meant they had to be in the propert. Thank you

Get a section 21?  How do you get a section 21?
