Hi All,

I have registered my tenant's deposit with DPS, paid £22 for insurance and  for the life of me I can't fathom the website :-(.  Can someone please advise me how I transfer the deposit monies?

You dont.

The Insurance one means you keep hold of the money.

The one where you lodge the money, is free.

As said above... if you are really asking how you transfer the deposit money you've received from Tenants to the DPS once you've consciously gone and elected to use their Insurance-based scheme (which is where you hold onto the deposit), as opposed to the Custodial scheme (which is where you submit the deposit to the DPS and, trust me, it is dead easy), and you have also paid them for that 'privilege' then you are frightening me (lots).
