Hello everybody, I'm a newbie Landlord please can you tell me do I require a ELCR cert before I am able to rent out apartment, which has 2 years NHBC guarantee to run?

What's ELCR - if it's an electrical cert then no is the answer.

Yeah, no idea what ELCR is, looks/sounds electric'y though.
