Hi,

Would like to ask for recommendation for good agencies (landlord perspective) in Bristol. So far we have seen 1 agent from CJ Hole and heard good things about them.

It is our first rental property so quite inexperienced in the matter.

Initially we were thinking that we want to go fully managed, but now we are more inclined to use an agent to find tenants and manage it ourselves. Then if it is too bigger bite for us, it will be easier to go fully managed, than the other way around.
