Hello - my tenants have just had Sky installed (my Sky dish was already there but a little old and rusty!), and say they have pixelation.  They have asked who is responsible for the tv aerial.  I'm not sure  - would that be me? 

I don't understand the problem.

Sky has pixelation? Are they watching TV through the aerial even though they have Sky?

Mmm, good point.  The were saying the tv picture is pixelating since they had Sky fitted   

First question, then, would be... what are they watching?

Not what programme, but what channel... what source.

I'm due to see them in a week or two - I'll find out more.  Thanks for your replies
