Hi everyone,
does anyone know if it is law to have thermostatic radiator valves fitted to radiators in a rented domestic house?
                                       thank you.

For a new combi boiler install - you are supposed to/is law as of April/May(?) 2018.
This applies for domestic property - rental or not

Although I have never heard of anyone enforcing this (can't speak of new buildings where planning / building regs would be inspected)

Obviously a good thing for the environment but for me it is just one more thing that can go wrong in a rental.. over time the head fails, or the tenant removes/breaks them  >:(
