I like property

Hi all,

We signed a contract with an estate agent 3 years ago when they found tenants for our flat. We want to terminate the contract with the estate agent (and keep the tenants) for which we will incur fees.

So my question is, do the fees outlined on the original terms of business apply (which we signed) or the fees on their updated terms of business which were emailed to us about 18 months ago??

I'd be grateful for any advice. Thanks a lot
