Hi I'm new here and haven't been able to find any other topics on this subject.  Me and my partner are separated and we are going through the process of deciding who is going to buy the house from who. 

Our tenants are in the property under a joint tenancy agreement and it's due for renewal December 1st.  My plan is just to leave it rolling until it's all sorted, but I'm worried that my my ex other half can change the tenancy agreement into an agreement just in her name?  (the tenants were friends of friends of friends of my ex partner)

Any help or experience greatly appreciated.
