Hi all
          Firstly I am a new member and new landlord .
I am in the process of preparing a flat above my sons shop for letting. I was going to have a separate gas supply run and fit central heating.  My electrician  that has done a lot of work on flats said most landlords keep to all electric. I like the idea that  this would save me having a new gas main installed and also keep everything to electric. With this in mind could you please advise the best heating method please. I have been looking at the Rointe system, any thoughts on this?
