I have evicted my tenant recently.  The property is rammed full of items.  Therefore, I am unable to move forward until everything is cleared.  Can anyone please advise what the legal timeframe is before I can dispose of said items.  Many thanks

Well done for eventually repossessing your property from the badly behaved tenant. It's been a long journey for you - assuming your earlier posts relate to the same property.

Are you still in contact with the ex-tenant?

Thank you for your response - yes its the same tenant.  I'm at a loss to understand why people think it's necessary to destroy property.  I have read the link and drafted an email which I will forward onto the tenant on Monday, once its been checked.
