What appliances do you provide in your rental properties?

Hi all

Just wondering what appliances you generally provide in your rentals please.  I'm in the process of getting my 3 bed house ready to rent out again - it's needed a massive refurb!

I of course provide a cooker and previously an integrated dishwasher also, but nothing else.  I've found there are a few problems with the dishwasher there at the moment and the door housing it is not in fantastic condition (and is a discontinued range).  So I'm unsure now whether to leave an empty opening so they can provide their own or provide a new free standing dishwasher?  Do you generally provide washing machines and fridges too?

I want to achieve a decent rent naturally.  It's not top of the range but it's a lovely house in a lovely area and is looking stunning after the refurb and would be most appealing to families!

Any advice appreciated, thanks in advance!

For me... oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. As many of them as possible will be Bosch. This does not turn the property into a furnished property.  :o

Much like Hippo, I only provide whitegoods: cooker, fridge/freezer and washing machine. I don't provide a dishwasher though.
