Hi, this is a bit of a curve ball...
My previous partner (we split last year) is renting my property from me, no problem with this scenario but... most of the furniture and I still have other property there (tools, photos, books, pictures etc) are still there. I want them back but will leave her in a difficult predicament regarding being able to live.
I am talking about everything from sofa, bed, fridge freezer, cooker, dishwasher blah blah blah! you get the picture.

Can I reasonably retrieve these without any legal nonsense?

She is on a verbal agreement (I know, my mistake) and nothing signed but understand it is still binding but we never discussed any inventory.

Anyone?!?

How long has she lived there on her own?

She has been living there with 2 children 16 and 12 for 7 months.
