Hello all,

I have a flat, and I am looking to rent it. I am not looking to rent that property as HMO.

The flat is two bedrooms and one big kitchen dining area of about 30sqm.
The one bedroom is around 6.5sqm the second bedroom is 5.8sqm the kitchen dining room is around 14sqm.

Can I rent that property for a couple? Or only in one adult with a kid under 10 years old?

You could rent to a couple plus a couple of kids if it came to it.Also two friends sharing would be fine.Not sure about a menage a trois.
