Hi! Our tenants have moved out and have not left details of who provides the landline and Internet at the property. We were paying to have it fully managed and the agent was pretty useless and is being no help. We have sold the property subject to contract and the buyer wants to know who currently supplies landline and broadband.  We have nagged the agent to no avail and are wondering if there's another way to find out, please? We've tried searching online but can only find ways to see which companies are able to supply, not who actually supplies it currently.  I had hoped there would be post from the current suppliers but none has arrived (the tenants moved out over 3 weeks ago).
Thank you!

It's usually BT.
If you call the speaking clock on the landline, it'll give you a clue.
Or try calling 150, which is often the customer services number.

Chances are it should be dead, because when a customer cancels a broadband or phoneline contract, it's usually disconnected.
