Unfurnished or furnished for prospective tenant viewing?

Hello,

I was after a bit of advice, as I am having trouble letting my property unfurnished.

I have recently had a tenant in the property, luckily for several years. They have now left and I am having trouble renting it for the amount of money I was hoping for. It is an unusual property with a couple of rooms that could be used for different purposes. This has got me wondering whether I need to put some furniture in there so that prospective tenants don't have to use their imagination so much when viewing.

Has anyone used a company to rent furniture on a short term basis (or longer) for this purpose? I want it to be flexible so that if someone wants the flat, but has their own furniture, the rented furniture could be removed again quickly. I found this company: www.dfs.com but would be great if anyone has any other recommendations.

Best regards,

Martin

You See we all think you are just advertising this site, and will therefore say... Fuck off you spammer.

Otherwise, if they cant imagine there own furniture then they are fuck wits and tell them to piss off

Nice veiled (not so) advert.  If ever I need lounge furniture to show it's a lounge, or a dining table for an empty dining room I'll be in touch.
