Hi looking for wee bit help im at tribunal just now to get tenant out of property the tenancy agreement is joint tenancy but one has left so made applications for the one tenant however had this back from tribunal would you say I would need to put both on application 


The application  form only mentions one of the tenants  and advises that other one has vacated the property please notethst an evictonorder which only names one of the tenant may not be enforceable against the other adise if you want to up date application

What country (jurisdiction) are you in?

What do you mean by left? What happened then? One of a joint tenant can't just leave. The tenancy continued with the joint tenant still a joint tenant, or the existing tenancy ended and a new tenancy with just the other as tenant started, or very unlikely (hard to do legally correctly) there was some form of assignment of the departed joint tenant. Which of those happened?
