Hi

Can someone help me.  I signed an agreement with agent ( my tenant) they sub let and neglected the house and family causing damage beyond repair.  There my have been no gas safety checks but luckily I was doing the separately too.  I ended the contract with them ( all legal docs served) as they had breached not just mine but the vulnerable families tenancy.  They then opened up a new company within my notice period and transferred my contract to the new company after my notice period ended.  Within my notice period atheist companies shares were bought by another big company.  They are now refusing any liability owe me rent which was in arrears.  Who is liable? The property is not the normal wear and tear breach.  They have also kept the deposit.  Refuse to talk to me and have ignored all correspondence since I first made them aware.

Can someone help?
