Hello everyone

I see all these tracing companies, are they any good? I used one but they found nothing on the person. I found out more myself by using 192.com and facebook. Well I found all his family this guy is hiding his tracks....

This tenant was calculated and I think planned this all along. Stop paying rent with three months left of the agreement. I keep deposit leaving you 6 weeks out of pocket and not enough time to apply for mandatory court order to evict. This guy was a pathological liar and sublet the property for the months he refused to pay rent and refused me entry into the property. If I went section 8 he would have lied in court anyhow!

I'm sure he was part of a gang with several flats on the go. Unless I now chase him and find him he will not get a mark against his record and go and do it to someone else. In some cases the system is totally wrong
