I have issued a Tort Notice Section 12.  However, I think I need to be more specific 12 1 and 12.3.  My question is can I issue a further Notice covering 12 1 and 12.3.  Is this acceptable/legal.  As
Can anyone please advise.  Many thanks.

You can do that, it's legal, but likely to be confusing.
Tort notices don't have any specific format, just some content specified, which doesn't include reference to the legislation.
So it's hard to see why you'd need to be that specific.

Thank you for your response.  I didn't specify the heading correctly - detailing 12.1 and 12.3.  The actually content is the same.  The new Tort refers to possessions left 12.1 and disposal/sale of possessions 12.3.  I have had  no response from the tenant so will be disposing and just wanted to ensure that headings were correct and everything was legal, also keeping to the same timeframe.  Everything that I have issued has been via an eviction service, but I have typed this one myself.
