I am looking from some tips and advice from all landlord .. How can I trace my tenant who has been moved out without handing over keys to me and without paying rents !!1

What is the Legal and quick way to trace them ?

There are tracing services you can use. Google trace missing tenant and several come up. You'd need to wait for them to bed in somewhere first though.

 Yes, I think they have found the property in near by area due to their kid school...
