Hi - New to the site so hope it's not a repetition of messages already answered.  My tenant been served Section 8 and 21 two weeks ago.  She's still there and I now need to look at possession order.  Is it feasible to do this myself.  Looked around and everyone wants £500 quid to do this and I just can't afford it.  Lost my job  and already had to default on my own mortgage never mind the  one on the rented proprty.  I need to get this tenant out - She already owes me £1600.  Please any help.
