Hi. 
I am tying to recover our deposit through the DPS.  I have entered the deposit ref but it isn't being recognised.  I obtained the Landlord ID and deposit ref from our solicitor.
I am trying to do this myself to save solicitor fees.  Has anyone had experience of recovering deposits from DPS?

It is the simplest thing anyone could ever do. If it's not working then you don't have the correct information.

Give them a ring, they are very helpful.

And it's not as easy as tying your laces, and it does take time... like 3 months.
