hi I live in wales where we now have a rent smart wales scheme don't know what it does nor do they I think after speaking to them but I issued a section 21 notice  to tenant 8 weeks ago what are my next moves to make to get my property back tenant wont speak to me or answer phone etc garden is a mess inside probly is too thanks for any help

You now need to make a court application to get procession, did you follow the correct procedure protecting the deposit ? Issue of the relevant paperwork when they moved in.
