Hello, As the section 21 fixed and periodic do not apply any more, which form do I use please and is thee a new standard from for Sec 21?

Didn't think the changes came into play until October 2015 (assuming you're referring to the Deregulation Act 2015)?

Thank you Propertyfag. Yes Deregulation Act,  in force 1st of October I understand, but do you know if there is a new form? Perhaps I just continue to use the same.?
