Tenants moved out and took every lightbulb from the place!
They show on the inventory photos, but is it worth asking for replacements or not worth the hassle?
Normally I'd say f*ck it for the small things, but this is so petty that it's got my back up!
(...especially as they were all energy savers for the EPC )

That's straightforward theft of your property.

Did you take a deposit?

Calculate the cost of replacing the bulbs. Knock off 10% for age. Claim the rest from the deposit.

Doing petty to get back at petty is what I like to see.

I'm serious too... they're your bulbs (assuming, as you claim) you supplied all bulbs at the beginning of the tenancy, they're your bulbs. Hopefully it was documented in writing too, not just some blurry pictures. This is not a grey area.
