Hi all

I just completing a Guarantor's form for a tenant signing a 6 months Assured Short hold Tenancy Agreement starting on the 10 September 2018.

The form I have just purchased from this site has a box to insert 'Tenancy end date'

Slightly confused as to what to put !

Would appreciate any advice as to what date to insert.

10 Sep 2018 + 6 months = 09 Mar 2019. You cannot know if the tenancy will continue beyond the initial fixed term... it might, it might not... you just don't know.

Sorry for another question but just noticed the form doesn't show the tenants name anywhere but just the rental address.

Is that correct ?
