Hi everyone, i don't know if i should be putting this on this webpage but.. I would like to say a BIG thank you to JLP Solicitors who have recently been on this websight under the name of "legal help" and who asked people what it is they expect out of a solicitors when they needed advice on tenant problems (they called it wish list) i contacted them regarding the problems i have been having with a tenant and told them how i wanted a solicitors who did not charge the earth for advice and who would help in ways that it would save me money, and believe me they have just done all that and alot more.
i could not have asked for more. i have only been a landlord for 17months now and it's been hell, but "LEGAL HELP" have just done that, helped me every step of the way, i have asked so many questions (lots of daft one's included) because i did not know what i  was doing and they have put my mind at rest, helped with the court forms and told me where and when i have gone wrong.
so if anyone out there is in my position i would fully recommend them to anyone.
