hi all,
i am in the middle of evicting my tenant and have put in the n5b form to the courts. the tenant has left but has not given up possession or paid any rent for 6 month.
what if the tenant puts the keys through the door? will i still have to get the bailiffs to legally evict her or can i say thats it shes gone.
