Hi all, who usually pays for a TV Licence if there is a TV in the home? Is it the landlord or the tenant?

If the property isn't provided with a TV, then it is the tenant's responsibility if they decide to have a TV.

If the property comes with a TV, then I believe it's the landlord's responsibility. However, if the tenancy agreement clearly states that the tenant is responsible for buying the TV Licence, then the tenant becomes responsible.
