I'm wondering whether to hire them instead of my current, incompetent, law-breaking moron agent. Anyone used them before?

Not used them, seen the adverts.  Do they do lettings?  Have you looked at upad?

Never used purple bricks, but I passed a couple after a very strange Thai meal once.
