What is the simplest way for my Tenant to move her partner in, (we have a current Shorthold Tenancy Agreement) I want to keep it legal and above board.
Is there a standard Tenancy Amendment form I can use.
Also what happens if they then decide its not working and he moves out?
Any advice would be welcome.

The simplest way is to add the person to the tenancy agreement as a permitted tenant. It costs about £50 and the tenant is responsible for the cost.
If you want references and credit checks you will bare the cost of these.
It's important that the partner is included on the tenancy agreement otherwise you have no control over that person in your property.
