I am looking for advice regarding the eviction process regarding a starter tenancy with a housing association.

The story is that I have neighbours from hell living next door it's a housing association property.  The new tenant have only been living in the property for around 3 months and there have been many asb problems in the street, the property is getting damaged the front and back doors kicked in by the tenants visitors, police have been called out on three occasions.  Their behaviour has upset many of the other neighbours in the street.

The matter was reported to the housing association and they have decided to take legal action, but I was informed that this may be a lengthy process if the tenants decide to be awkward.

I thought that because they were starter tenants they would have very little rights if the housing association issued a repossession order, or is this incorrect?  Once the repossession order is issued is there a fixed time period for the tenants to move out?
