My tenant is providing 6 months advance payment for the rent and 5 weeks payment for the deposit as required. He does not have any guarantor and he is a self employed man working in a good company. When shall I expect to get the next rental payment from him? Will  his next payment start at the end of August  for the Sept payment? ?assuming he pays his advance on 31 Jan 2022 and start the contract on  01 Feb 2022.

I would be expecting the first monthly payment on  either the 31st August or the 1st February.I don't quibble about the odd day anyway.I assume that you saw his accounts showing self-employed income for a reasonable period?
