Hi I am new to the forum and hope that someone could answer two questions for me.

Firstly I have a tenant on a six month tenancy coming to an end, in order to renew that tenancy for a further six months do I need to refund the deposit and then retake it or left will the DPS, will it naturally just continue.

A letting agent deposited the money into the DPS for me are they bound to give me the relevant information to retrieve money if I want to present my own tenancy agreement for the next six months.......Thankyou
