hi i have a car sales pitch.and ive diveded it into 2 i put a tennant on january 2017 and i wrote my own lease out which ive been told is not good enough to evict him under the grounds i want to.the grounds are he gave him lease for storage of vans and now hes started selling cars and vans on my land competeing against me and making my sales harder.since this ive had a eviction notice served by company called hector and finch which apparently it was not the right notice served.since notice served hes sent in 2 lads to my office to threaten me with lump hammers 1 lad in to threaten to smash my head in and 1 lad got me outside office and threatened to smash all my cars up and burn them if i do not move out.one of the lads was his daughters boyfreind which i got on ccctv and kept to usb and i have reported all this to police also.so everything is logged.hes been threatening me day in day out and is always paying rent a week or so later to wind me up.he has also threatened to have me kidnapped and done in so he can have all my car pitch to himself and said your day is coming watch out.and he is old school guy one of the old street quality street gang.so hes threats are kind of serious.is there anything i can do to get him out either buy giving him a proper lease with rent higher so he wont pay it or can you help me please

You're going to need to speak to someone who specialises in commercial tenancies as this sounds very tricky.

yes i no thanks i was just hoping for someone who may no someone whos dealt with this sort of stuff before as coming to work daily is effecting me also
