Hi

My property has been let to a group of three friends who are due to meet me to check-in on Tuesday. I have been informed that only two of them are able to attend the meeting.

Can anyone advise me on the inventory signing i.e. if only two of them sign and agree with the inventory what happens should there be a dispute?

Ummm.... Nothing different?

You should have an accurate record with pictures of the state of the place.

Ensure that all three sign it, and you keep it, the fact they are not there is there problem not yours.

Dont sweat the small stuff.
