Hello,

After an inspection of a property i let i have been informed that the front door glass has been broken.
The tennant did not report this but it was noticed at the time of inspection.
The tennant explained that the door glass was broken while they were away from the property.
I have yet to send the tennant a letter asking when the glass was broken and why it had not been reported to me.

As the landlord do i suffer the cost of repair or do i pass it onto the tennant as they are in residence of the property.
Do i leave the glass broken so that it is noticed when the agent inspects the property when they move on or i cancell the current rental agreement?
