Hello everyone,

I would just like to introduce myself, I'm Martin and having read some of the discussions on this forum it would seem that Tenants paying rent as agreed in their AST can be one of the biggest bugbears and as evident from several forums that I have frequented it would seem in some cases that the Tenant has more rights than the Landlord.

Being involved in Finance, I help businesses of all sizes become more efficient and profitable, Letting a property is a business and in my research by reading Landlords pains on forums like this and generally speaking to Landlords on a daily basis; providing a solution to this old problem; relieving the hassle and taking away the costs involved of dealing with Tenants who may experience difficulties (at one point) in paying their rent.

Providing the whole solution from Tenant screening to you the Landlord receiving 12 months rent in advance at no cost to you, would this type of service be a benefit to you if you understood the whole concept in more detail?

I think the 'concept' is widely understood.  You rent a property and sub let it for a profit.

Ah, the remoras are here. The concept is understood. It is of no benefit to me. Tout elsewhere.
