Hi, sorry if this has been posted before but cant find anything so here goes, i served my tenant with 2 months notice which runs out on the 2/12/2016 and he is suppose to leave but as shown no indication that he will . I have to go away for a week tomorrow and will therefore be away when the notice expires and wont be able to apply to the courts until i come back . Can i apply a week after the notice expires or do i have to serve him with a further 2 months notice ?

Thanks for that Hipogriff , so in effect i can apply to the courts anytime after the notice has expired , there is no time limit ?
