Hi I'm after a bit of advice please, our tenants have just walked out of our property owing a couple of thousand pounds, just packed their bags and left,  and I''d like some advice from maybe someone who has been in the same position and managed to trace where they went. Stupidly I took pity on them originally and let them in without a guarantor so haven't got that avenue to follow. Thanks any help appreciated. Sue

Presume you have some details of their identity?  Full names, DOBs?  You can use a service like finder monkey to locate them. 

They probably won't pop up on any trace system for a good few months yet but we are happy to help if you PM us their details. As mentioned above full names and DOBs really help.

Did you have any information on any vehicles, work places, family or guarantors?
